At Lenny's Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small components are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to our local shop.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
