Do bikes arrive fully assembled?

To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and step-by-step video guide with every order.

What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. For bicycles, the bike must not have been ridden outdoors. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large freight items.

How do I know which frame size is right for me?

Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Lenny's Bike Shop ships within the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?

All new bicycles come with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the frame and a one-year warranty on components. Wear-and-tear items like tires, tubes, and brake pads are not covered.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes! Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
